ABOUT ME:

Raised at the Jersey Shore in Jackson Township, I’ve always had a strong connection to Monmouth and Ocean Counties. After attending Rutgers University, I began my career in corporate America before making the move into small business following the Great Recession of 2008 — and I haven’t looked back since.

My career has taken me through financial services, bookkeeping, sales, recruiting, and business operations. Along the way, I discovered that what I enjoy most is working with people, building relationships, and helping create teams and businesses where everyone can succeed.

I believe strongly in collaboration, putting people first, and creating a culture where people genuinely enjoy working together. Joining The Nussbaum Team has brought everything full circle, giving me the opportunity to combine my professional experience with my passion for the Jersey Shore communities I’ve always called home.
